Key Responsibilities1. Client Meetings & Field Sales (Primary Responsibility)
- Conduct regular client visits for sales discussions, follow-ups, and relationship management
- Meet new and existing customers, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders
- Understand customer requirements related to:
- CCTV surveillance systems
- Fire alarm and life safety systems
- Access control systems
- Biometric and attendance solutions
- Integrated ELV & security systems
- Coordinate site visits and basic requirement assessments
- Act as a link between clients and internal technical/sales teams
- Follow up with clients to convert leads into orders
2. Tender & Project Coordination
- Identify and participate in tenders related to security and ELV projects
- Coordinate internally for technical and commercial inputs
- Assist in preparing and submitting tender documents
- Attend pre-bid meetings, client discussions, and project review meetings
- Track tender progress and maintain follow-ups with clients
3. Quotation & Proposal Support
- Prepare and present quotations to clients based on discussions and site visits
- Coordinate BOQs and pricing with internal teams
- Revise quotations based on client feedback and negotiations
- Support sales negotiations and order finalization
4. Order Closure & Execution Support
- Assist in converting approved quotations into sales orders
- Coordinate with operations, procurement, and logistics teams
- Track project execution and delivery schedules
- Keep clients informed about order and project status
- Support issue resolution during execution
5. Reporting & CRM Updates
- Maintain records of:
- Client visits and meetings
- Leads and opportunities
- Quotations and orders
- Update CRM/ERP systems regularly
- Submit daily/weekly field activity and sales reports
Skills & QualificationsExperience
- 23 years of experience in outside / field sales
- Experience in ELV, CCTV, fire alarm, access control, or security systems is mandatory
Technical Knowledge
- Basic to good understanding of:
- CCTV systems
- Fire alarm systems
- Access control systems
- Biometric systems
- Ability to explain solutions to clients and coordinate technical inputs
Sales & Communication Skills
- Strong face-to-face communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations

- Valid driving license preferred
