Sales Coordinator (F/M/D)
Responsibilities
- Order & Customer Management
- Oversee sales order entry, price updates, and quotations for customers.
- Coordinate customer code creation, master data updates, and vendor forms.
- Manage Proforma Invoices, datasheets, and account statements circulation.
- Handle receivables including CN/DN preparation, payment adjustments, and short payment reconciliations.
- Coordination & Communication
- Liaise with the Manufacturing plant for dispatches, deliveries, and production planning.
- Coordinate with transporters for undelivered materials and logistics for air freight.
- Address toll-free enquiries, C4C enquiries, and inside sales activities across segments.
- Collaborate with Finance for account statement follow-ups and taxation queries (TCS/TDS).
- Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare and circulate weekly sales trackers, crisis reports, and pending order lists.
- Ensure monthly KPI verification and inventory coordination.
- Support audit-related queries, & IT tickets.
- Manage year-end master updates, and policy updates.
- Projects & Process Improvement
- Lead and support order automation projects, project reporting, and product tagging coordination.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline customer service processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and industry standards.
Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of experience with Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably commerce, marketing) with strong preference for analytical skills. Master degree preferable.
