Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Coordinator located in Chennai. The Sales Coordinator will manage day-to-day sales coordination tasks, assist in sales operations, and ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include supporting the sales team, coordinating between departments, and facilitating communication with clients to ensure a smooth sales process.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to ensure streamlined processes and efficient team collaboration
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills for building and maintaining positive client relationships
  • Basic Sales knowledge with a focus on contributing to the success of the sales team
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is recommended
  • Experience working in sales or business development roles is an advantage
