ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Sales Coordinator to support our field sales team and streamline internal operations. In this role, you will act as a critical point of communication between customers, management, and the sales team. You will be responsible for managing schedules, maintaining documentation, processing orders, and ensuring smooth execution of all sales-related activities. Your goal will be to enhance team efficiency, support customer relationships, and contribute to the company's overall growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the sales team's daily operations, schedules, and front desk activities
  • Maintain, file, and organize all essential sales documents
  • Ensure availability and adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and provide after-sales support
  • Manage and organize financial and non-financial data in electronic systems and generate relevant reports
  • Process all sales orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Inform clients proactively about any delays, changes, or issues
  • Monitor team performance, identify shortcomings, and recommend improvements
  • Assist in planning and organizing promotional materials, marketing activities, or events
  • Collect, maintain Data and create Business Intelligence reports using that data.
  • Ensure all work complies with company policies and legal requirements

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar administrative role
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and general computer applications
  • Experience with Business Intelligence Reporting.
  • Good understanding of social media usage for business communication
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Highly organized, responsible, and strong in problem-solving
  • Team-oriented mindset with a high level of dedication
  • Graduate degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Certification in Sales or Marketing is an added advantage
