Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in a fast-paced media agency environment. The role involves coordinating sales activities, preparing proposals, managing client communication, and ensuring smooth execution of media campaigns from brief to billing.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Coordination
Assist the sales team with day-to-day coordination and administrative support
Prepare media plans, rate cards, proposals, and presentations
Coordinate with internal teams (Planning, Operations, Creative, Finance,Sales) for campaign execution
Track sales leads, proposals, and closures
Ensure timely release of campaign materials and confirmations
Monitor campaign schedules and flag any delays or issues
Maintain accurate records of bookings, POs, release orders, and invoices
Prepare sales reports, MIS, and performance summaries
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
