Sessions are highly personalized and led by expert facilitators who emphasize care, clarity, and conscious living. Positioned as a modern wellness ecosystem, Utsaah is building a community that views wellness as a necessity while also planning expansions into corporate wellness, events, and retreats.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Consultant / Wellness Counselor at Utsaah, located in New Delhi. In this role, you will interact with prospective and current clients, provide expert guidance on wellness packages, and develop personalized plans based on individual needs and goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include client consultations, recommending programs, managing memberships, achieving sales targets, and maintaining client relationships. You will contribute to fostering a supportive and engaging wellness community while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Collaboration with instructors and facilitating smooth operations is also essential to the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales skills, including experience with client acquisition, achieving sales targets, and promoting services effectively.
  • Proficiency in wellness counseling, personalized wellness planning, and deep knowledge of fitness and mental wellbeing practices such as Pilates, Yoga, or Healing Therapies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Organizational and administrative skills, including the ability to manage memberships, appointments, and client data efficiently.
  • Proactive attitude, team collaboration skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in wellness, fitness, hospitality, or sales is advantageous.
  • A degree or formal training in wellness, fitness, health sciences, psychology, or related fields is desirable but not mandatory.
