Sales Consultant

Position Overview

Unique Performance Techsoft Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly driven B2B Sales Consultant IT Products to lead enterprise sales for our technology portfolio. The ideal candidate has strong IT domain knowledge, consultative selling expertise, and experience dealing with mid-market and large enterprise clients in a B2B environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development

Identify and qualify B2B prospects for IT products such as software, cloud services, security tools, and enterprise infrastructure solutions.

Execute the complete B2B sales cycle: prospecting requirement gathering solution mapping PoC/technical evaluation negotiation closure.

Conduct presentations, product demos, and workshops for business and technical stakeholders.

Drive new business acquisition and expand footprint in assigned verticals.

Enterprise Customer Engagement & Account Management

Build strong relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, Procurement Teams, and decision-makers.

Understand enterprise customer challenges in IT modernization, cloud adoption, cybersecurity, and compliance.

Recommend customized IT solutions aligned with business needs and ROI.

Collaboration with Internal Teams

Coordinate with pre-sales, delivery, and product teams for solution design, PoC management, and deployment support.

Work with the team to execute B2B campaigns, webinars, and industry events.

Provide feedback on market demand, competitor products, and customer expectations.

Reporting & Documentation

Provide accurate weekly and monthly sales pipeline updates.

Maintain documentation for proposals, quotations, agreements, and SOWs.

Skills & Qualifications

Required Skills

37 years of B2B sales experience in IT products or technology solutions.

Strong understanding of IT domains (PAM, Identity solution, Endpoint solutions, cybersecurity, etc.).

Excellent B2B communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to convert technical solutions into measurable business value.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.

Experience working with enterprise and mid-market clients.

Familiarity with modern IT products, Cyber Security, cloud platforms, or enterprise security tools.
