Responsibilities
- Drive lead generation and inquiries through diverse online and offline channels, catering to both B2C and B2B markets. Convert leads into sales, fostering increased customer engagement.
- Develop personalised itineraries and cost estimates based on individual customer requirements.
- Address customer queries promptly via email and phone communication.
- Research a variety of travel destinations to enhance product knowledge.
- Recognize and pursue business opportunities by identifying prospects and analysing potential sales avenues.
- Regularly assess and surpass sales targets through self-performance evaluations.
- Demonstrate expertise in sales, destination knowledge (both international and domestic), visa processing, ticketing, and pre-/post-sales processes.
- Attend events and client meetings in Pune and participate in various marketing events.
