Role Description

We are looking for a motivatedSales Consultantto join our team on a commission-only basis. This role is suitable for junior-to-mid level professionals who are eager to grow their sales skills, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to business development in a results-driven environment.

You will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, developing relationships, and supporting the full sales cycle. While this is a commission-based role, you will receive guidance, tools, and market insights to help you succeed. This is an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in enterprise sales, expand your professional network, and earn based on your performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned target markets.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Engage decision-makers and stakeholders through calls, meetings, and presentations.
  • Understand client needs and position solutions effectively to address business challenges.
  • Support the full sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and handover.
  • Maintain accurate records of opportunities and sales activity.
  • Represent TalenTTech professionally and build long-term client relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Some experience in B2B sales, business development, or related customer-facing roles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and manage priorities.
  • Comfortable working on acommission-only compensation structure.
  • Curious, motivated, and eager to learn enterprise sales practices.
  • Results-driven, resilient, and performance-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the GCC business market.
  • Experience selling technology, HR, SaaS, or professional services is a plus.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other prospecting tools.
  • Arabic language skills are a plus.
