Job Summary
We are seeking an experiencedLead Sales Excellence (LSE)professional to drive field sales operations, distributor management, and market expansion. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing distributor networks, retailers, and sales teams while ensuring effective sales execution and market development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen relationships withdistributors and retailersto drive business growth.
- Identify and onboardnew distributorsto expand market reach.
- Lead and guideSales Executives and field sales teamsto achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implementsales strategiesto improve market penetration.
- Ensure effectiveend-to-end sales solutions, including planning, execution, and performance monitoring.
- Track and analyzesales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Conduct regularmarket visitsto maintain strong channel relationships.
- Ensure propersales reporting, forecasting, and target tracking.
- Provide training and support to the sales team for improved performance.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree inBusiness, Engineering, or a related field(MBA preferred).
- 58 years of experiencein field sales, preferably in electrical, industrial, or allied sectors.
- Strong experience indistributor and retailer network management.
- Proven track record inhandling Sales Executives and field sales teams.
- Deepmarket knowledgeand understanding of channel sales dynamics.
- Experience inonboarding new distributors and expanding market presence.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
