Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ranchi for a Sales Consultant at Pratik Automobiles Mahindra. The Sales Consultant will assist customers in the car-buying process by understanding their needs, providing detailed information about vehicle features and specifications, conducting test drives, and negotiating sales terms. The role also involves generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Additional responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge and representing the dealership with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targets
• Exceptional communication and active listening skills to understand customer needs
• Proficiency in customer relationship management and providing excellent customer service
• Basic knowledge of automobiles and ability to convey technical information to customers
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and experience using CRM software is preferred
• High level of organization and self-motivation to manage leads and follow-ups
• Ability to work on-site and engage with customers personally
• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry, is an advantage
• High school diploma required; additional certifications in sales or marketing are a plus
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends
