Job Summary: Build a high-performing team of Sales Executives specialized in promoting Federal Tax Reduction (FTR) solutions through cost segregation services. The team will focus on high-quality outbound B2B outreach to U.S. decision-makers.
We are Looking for:
English Communication Skills (Non-Negotiable) Required level: C1+ or native-like fluency.
Able to speak confidently, clearly, and persuasively with U.S. business owners and executives.
Effective communication skills with cold calling experience.
Ability to articulate the services offering and close sales.
Proven international sales experience (minimum 2 to 4 years)
Ability to work under tight schedules and targets.
Excellent attitude and a go-getter.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Determining qualified leads, identifying sales opportunities, Converting leads into customers.
Communicating with qualified prospects either verbally or in writing throughout their sales cycles Understanding and promoting the company's services and Meeting sales target.
Experience selling to U.S., Canadian, or international markets is a strong plus.
Comfortable working with KPIs, sales scripts, rebuttals, and structured workflows.
Bachelor's degree is a plus but not mandatory.
