Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused SaaS Sales Executive to drive sales of our white-label wellness CRM platform. The ideal candidate will have experience selling B2B SaaS products, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of CRM systems, lead management, and client success processes.

You will play a key role in identifying potential clients (coaches, clinics, wellness brands), conducting demos, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals. We are seeking someone eager to grow, contribute to high-quality deliverables, and embrace the leadership opportunities within our startup environment.

Role And Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and convert potential leads for the SaaS CRM platform.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations for coaches, fitness centers, nutrition clinics, and wellness organizations.
  • Understand client pain points and position our CRM as the right solution.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead-generation campaigns.
  • Provide product feedback to the tech and product teams for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and handover to the customer success team after closure.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor products, and pricing.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 25 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (preferably CRM, HealthTech, or EdTech).
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, sales funnels, and subscription models.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (English + regional language preferred).
  • Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or equivalent CRMs.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Additional Experience

  • Experience selling to fitness, healthcare, or wellness industries.
  • Tech-savvy with an interest in digital health and AI-powered platforms.
