Role Description

We are seeking a Sales Consultant for a full-time, on-site position at our Gurugram location. As a Sales Consultant, you will focus on building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Your role will involve lead generation, preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work collaboratively with the team to meet sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Sales Consulting and strategy development to achieve revenue goals.
  • Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and building long-term client relationships.
  • Exceptional Communication and active listening skills to understand and address customer needs effectively.
  • Experience in Customer Service to ensure a seamless and professional client experience.
  • Ability to provide effective and tailored Consulting services to clients.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Experience in the sales domain, preferably within a high-growth or startup environment, would be a strong asset.
