Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lucknow for a Corporate Sales Consultant. The Corporate Sales Consultant will be responsible for building client relationships, generating leads, managing client accounts, and providing customized insurance solutions. The role includes sales consulting, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring exceptional customer service while meeting business growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Sales Consulting and Sales, with the ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Expertise in Lead Generation to identify and convert prospects into customers
  • Customer Service skills to ensure a seamless and satisfactory client experience
  • Proficiency in Account Management for maintaining and nurturing client relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport
  • Proactive mindset with a results-driven approach to meet sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is an advantag
