We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager who can lead client acquisition, manage relationships, and drive revenue growth while collaborating closely with design and execution teams.

Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and client engagement to deal closure and post-sales coordination.
- Understand client requirements and recommend interior solutions aligned with their lifestyle, needs, and budgets.
- Prepare and share detailed, customised quotations and proposals.
- Present proposals, handle negotiations, and close deals in line with company revenue targets.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline tracking, and reporting via CRM tools or spreadsheets.
- Build strong client relationships to drive customer satisfaction, referrals, and repeat business.
Ideal Candidate Profile- 4+ years of experience in interior design preferred.
- Strong consultative selling and client relationship skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to understand drawings, layouts, or design concepts (training can be provided).
- Target-driven with a strong ownership mindset.
- Comfortable coordinating with cross-functional teams.
