Job Description

Business Development Manager (B2B Sales)

Location - Sector 2, Noida

Territory - Delhi NCR + Pan India Travel

Compensation - 3,00,000 – 6,00,000 Fixed Salary

Performance Incentives (Uncapped)

What You'll Be Responsible For

Generate New Business Opportunities

You will be expected to consistently bring qualified business opportunities through:

  • Industry Events & Exhibitions
  • LinkedIn Outreach & Sales Navigator
  • Email Marketing Campaigns
  • Google Ads Generated Leads
  • Affiliate & Referral Partnerships
  • Strategic Networking
  • Cold Outreach & Prospecting

Meet Prospects & Build Relationships

You will:

  • Conduct discovery meetings
  • Understand business requirements
  • Present Milleniance solutions
  • Build trust with decision-makers
  • Create proposals and quotations
  • Follow up and nurture prospects
  • Convert opportunities into long-term clients

Close Deals & Drive Revenue

You will own the complete sales cycle along with your support team:

Lead Generation Meeting Proposal Negotiation Closure

Success in this role will be measured by one thing: Revenue Generated.

Become the Bridge Between Client & Delivery Team

Once a project is signed:

  • Ensure smooth client onboarding
  • Coordinate with the Milleniance execution team
  • Maintain client satisfaction
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Build long-term relationships

Help Build Our Future Sales Team

As the company grows, you'll play an active role in:

  • Creating sales processes
  • Defining lead-generation strategies
  • Hiring future sales executives
  • Training and mentoring junior team members
  • Building a scalable sales engine
