Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The Technical Inside Sales Consultant will be responsible for handling inside sales activities, generating and qualifying leads, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and delivering excellent customer service. The role involves frequent communication with potential and existing clients to understand their needs, propose tailored solutions, and contribute to BlauPlug's growth targets.

Qualifications

  • Experienced in Inside Sales and proven ability to generate and qualify leads to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to address customer inquiries and provide effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in Relationship Building and maintaining positive, long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent organizational and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet sales targets and work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Relevant educational background with graduation in technical discipline is must.
  • Familiarity with the Automotive, Automation , Electronics or Digital Transformation/IoT domains is advantageous.
