Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role located in Dwarka. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging potential customers, understanding their travel needs, and providing tailored recommendations. This includes building lasting relationships with clients, offering exceptional customer service, and ensuring every interaction results in customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with the team to meet sales goals and grow Imperial Escapes clientele.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales Consulting and the ability to deliver solutions that align with customer preferences.
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and a focus on Customer Satisfaction.
  • Exceptional Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
  • Experience in Consulting and providing personalized recommendations to clients.
  • Problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills in high-paced environments.
  • Passion for travel and understanding of luxury travel planning is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and prior sales or travel-related experience preferred.
