Job Description

JOB TITLE: Sales Associate (B2B Sales + Dealer/Distributor Development)

ABOUT US

Dynamic Industrial (est. 1997) is a Delhi NCR (Greater Noida) based manufacturer and supplier of industrial conveyor systems (Arrowcon) and premium sushi conveyors/restaurant automation solutions (Rampwalker Display). We serve customers across manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, FMCG and food service with customized solutions, strong quality focus and timely delivery.

ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced, target-driven Sales Associate who can drive B2B sales, improve market penetration and build a strong dealer/distributor network. This role is for candidates who can take ownership, follow a structured sales process and consistently close business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

B2B Sales & Closures

  • Handle the complete sales cycle: lead qualification, requirement gathering, solution discussion, proposal coordination, follow-ups, negotiation and order closure
  • Build relationships with decision-makers (owners, plant heads, purchase, operations, project teams)
  • Work on both new customer acquisition and repeat business

Market Penetration

  • Identify high-potential industries/territories and execute a plan to increase reach
  • Track competitors, customer needs and market feedback to improve positioning
  • Support new product/solution launches with clear pitch and customer targeting

Dealer/Distributor Network Development

  • Identify and onboard dealers/distributors/partners
  • Train and activate partners to generate enquiries and close orders
  • Maintain partner relationships, performance tracking and regular follow-ups
  1. Lead Generation & Follow-up Discipline
  • Generate leads via cold calling, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, referrals, exhibitions and local market visits
  • Maintain a strong follow-up system to convert enquiries into meetings and orders
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity reporting

Internal Coordination

  • Coordinate with design/engineering/production teams for technical inputs, feasibility, timelines and commitments
  • Ensure customer expectations are aligned with delivery and quality standards

    • Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills
    • Comfortable selling technical/industrial products and understanding customer requirements
    • English proficiency: good to fluent

    EXPERIENCE & ELIGIBILITY

    • 2 to 6 years of relevant sales experience (B2B/industrial/engineering/automation preferred)
    • Experience dealing with factories, warehouses, logistics, HORECA, project-based customers is a plus
    • Target-driven mindset with strong execution and follow-up discipline
    • Honest, reliable and professional approach (no overpromising)
