The opportunity:
The candidate will join the CPQ (Configure Price Quote) team at INOPC - Chennai, contributing to the digitalization, productivity enhancement, and overall efficiency of the Sales CPQ process. This role focuses on driving solution development, ensuring adoption, and maintaining strong governance across the Sales CPQ ecosystem.
The candidate will collaborate closely with GPMM to develop and prioritize implementation activities aligned with the sales configurator roadmap for the GIS/PASS or Capacitor Banks/MECB portfolio. The role involves continuous coordination with global stakeholders and production units to support the implementation of configurators for new and existing products, Transfer of Products (ToP), and new production units.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical and analytical skills to enhance configurator coverage, along with solid project management capabilities to effectively plan, monitor, and coordinate activities. They will translate business needs into welldefined user stories for the software development team, supported by a strong understanding of products and business processes.
How you'll make an impact:
Lead digitalization initiatives within the Sales community using platforms such as SFDC, Sales Configurator, PowerShop, and related tools.
Drive change management activities by understanding current processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
Serve as the key technical interface between software development teams, subject matter experts, and end users.
Translate business requirements into clear user stories and functional specifications for development.
Maintain strong understanding of business processes and product lines to support solution design.
Provide technical support during gap analysis and liaise effectively with developers.
Prioritize business cases and gapanalysis requirements to optimize delivery effectiveness.
Conduct training sessions for key users and general users to support adoption.
Collaborate with implementation managers to create and maintain a highlevel roadmap and ensure milestone achievement.
Maintain welldefined configurator scope documentation for each production unit and product line.
Coordinate implementation activities for new production units or new product introductions within existing units.
Validate configurator outputs through test cases prior to release to ensure quality and accuracy.
Ensure governance mechanism to monitor the adoption of sales configurator.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background:
Proven experience in technical business analyst in software projects using Agile methodology.
Minimum of 7 years of relevant industry experience.
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering is preferred and considered a strong advantage.
Strong communication and technical writing skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) SharePoint expertise preferred.
Experience with tools such as Salesforce and SAP is an added advantage.
Prior experience in software delivery projects is essential.
Exposure to highvoltage product sales or design is a significant plus.
