- Education: BCom/MCom/MBA + LLB
- Experience: 7 to 12 yrs
- Key profile:
- Commercial support for sales bidding / quotations submissions
- Pricing support to Sales team
- Driving order margins
- Assessing risks
- Assessing payment terms for orders, preparing cash flow impacts
- Negotiations with customers on terms & pricing
- Assessing terms & conditions for contracts
- Collections from customers
- Support Sales team to drive KPIs like orders, collections, margins
- Support EU Business & Fin Head for strategic initiatives
- Reporting Sales dashboards
- Streamlining processes and implementing guidelines for Sales
- Support/ run audit for Sales Commercial related activities
- Support EU Controller for reporting & review requirements
- Key Skills, Competencies required: Excellent Commercial & Business sense, Negotiation
- Key stakeholders: Sales Head, Sales Team, EU Fin Head, EU Business Head, EU Controller, Customer, Proposal Team
