Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Co-Ordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should
have strong communication skills, a good understanding of marketing /Sales support functions, and the ability
to handle calls and documentation tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and respond to incoming inquiries (Tele
sales/Tele calling)
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups
Preparing marketing documents, reports, and presentations
Involve in marketing team daily tasks
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and execution of
marketing activities
Maintain and update customer databases
Prepare Sale proposal and maintain mail communication consistently
Visit potential client for sales closing /presentation.
Key Skills Required:
Plan the Strategy for achieving monthly goal/target
Tele calling and customer handling skills
Good verbal and written communication
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and documentation abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team
Own Two-Wheeler with driving License
Qualifications:
Any bachelor's degree (preferred)
Fresher or candidates with up to 1+ year experience in a similar role .
