- To penetrate targeted OEMs and end user customers, develop customer s profiles, create opportunities with existing clients and new prospects.
- Take the lead at (TIER-II & TIER-III) OEM accounts and Utilities to grow the business for basic sensors.
- Support sales team to drive Key account management in the assigned territory.
- Responsible for supporting all sales activities to meet the team goals and objectives.
- Support existing sales distributors and expansion of dealer network activities of Sales Team.
- Responsible for the effective execution of the sales plan activities.
- Coordinating with the Product Managers and factories for order booking, shipment co-ordination, support to Customers from pre-sales to post-sales activities till delivery of the material, post-sales support.
- Working with customer to collect payment in time
- Participation in Exhibitions, Demonstration and other customer and market related activities.
QUALIFICATION/ EXPERIENCE / SKILLS / PERSONAL TRAITS:

Education -
- Engineering preferably in Electrical, Electronics, Industrial automation, Mechanical or other related fields.
Experience -
- Minimum 3-5 years in the field of sales co-ordination preferably in Power Sector with OEMs and End Customers (relevant experience)
- Good knowledge and understanding of applications in Condition monitoring of Electrical Assets
- Ability to work and coordinate with cross functional teams within the organization
- Ability to follow up with customers for new business opportunities and market penetration, pre-sales and post-sales activities follow-up with customers.
Interpersonal and Communication Skills -
- Strong oral and written communication skills in native language & English including group presentation skills
