Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Sales Co-Founder to lead and scale Rannkly's sales function. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is passionate about building revenue engines from the ground up. As Sales Co-Founder, you will be responsible for defining sales strategy, acquiring key customers, building and leading the sales team, and driving sustainable revenue growth. You will work closely with the founding and cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with the company's long-term vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Rannkly's overall sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across target markets
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure alignment on goals and customer needs
  • Represent Rannkly at networking events, industry conferences, and partnership meetings
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights to refine sales approaches

Qualifications & Requirements


  • Proven experience in sales and business development, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong strategic planning and market analysis capabilities
  • Experience in SaaS, online reputation management, or social media marketing is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, ownership, and growth
