Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant based in Noida or Ahmedabad. The Property Consultant will be responsible for advising and guiding clients on property investments by leveraging expertise in consulting, real estate markets, and client needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying potential clients, presenting property options, facilitating site visits, conducting negotiations, and finalizing transactions. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients while providing top-notch customer service.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a results-driven environment.
• Bachelor's degree in any stream.
• Prior experience in property consulting or the real estate sector is an advantage.
