We're looking for a closer — NOT a telecaller.

Thavira Health is a premium wellness company helping people struggling with chronic gut-health concerns through a structured 3-month integrative treatment program.

Our patients commonly come to us after dealing with conditions such as GERD, IBS, gastritis, H. pylori, SIBO, bloating and constipation—often after trying multiple doctors, treatments and approaches. 

What makes this role different

Warm inbound leads — NO cold calling.

Your job is to understand their health journey, concerns, previous treatment experiences, expectations and readiness to take action—and guide qualified prospects toward enrolling in the right Thavira program. 

Your job:

Understand → Build Trust → Handle Objections → Close

You'll conduct discovery calls, understand the prospect's situation and urgency, present the program, handle objections, follow up, and close enrollments.

Your Responsibilities 

• Conduct patient enrollment and discovery calls with qualified inbound leads
• Understand the prospect's health journey, challenges and goals
• Build trust through empathetic, professional conversations
• Explain Thavira's doctor-led 3-month integrative treatment program
• Handle concerns around pricing, previous treatment failures, EMI, family decisions, commitment and skepticism
• Follow up with interested prospects and drive enrollment
• Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline records
• Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets
• Participate in call reviews, sales coaching and role plays
  

Who We're Looking For

• 2–4 years experience in medical sales, healthcare sales, patient counseling, high-ticket sales, inside sales or consultative sales
• Proven ability to close, not just generate leads
• Strong discovery, objection handling and follow-up skills
• Experience selling healthcare, wellness, medical services, treatment programs or other high-ticket services is strongly preferred
• Excellent spoken English
• Strong emotional intelligence and active listening
• Comfortable discussing sensitive health-related concerns professionally
• Comfortable with CRM, Zoom and phone-based sales

You Don't Need To Be A Doctor.

But you must know how to communicate responsibly in a healthcare environment.

You will follow Thavira's approved communication and sales process and should never make medical claims, diagnose patients, or promise outcomes outside your role.

Compensation

₹30,000–₹40,000/month fixed

+ Uncapped Performance Incentives
