About Us:
Artvikta Studio is a luxury bespoke design studio based in New Delhi, specializing in custom wallpapers, imported wallcoverings (including premium Italian brands), bespoke rugs, murals, and high-end interior art solutions.
We work with homeowners, architects, and premium commercial clients to create statement spaces.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a driven Sales & Client Relationship Executive to manage inbound leads, nurture prospects, and convert high-value interior projects.
This role is ideal for someone who understands luxury sales, client psychology, and structured follow-up systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound leads from Meta Ads, Instagram & referrals
Qualify client requirements & budgets
Book paid design consultations
Maintain CRM & sales pipeline
Coordinate quotations & revisions
Follow-up systematically until closure
Assist in client meetings & presentations
Build long-term client relationships

Who We're Looking For:
13 years experience in sales (interiors / real estate / luxury retail preferred)
Strong communication in Hindi & English
Confident with negotiations
Organized & process-driven
Comfortable working with high-ticket clients
Target-oriented mindset

Compensation:
15,000 20,000 fixed (based on experience)
Attractive performance-based incentives
Opportunity to grow into Business Development role
