Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Subject Matter Expert (SME):
  • Expected to be an SME, collaborating and managing the team to perform at their best.
  • Responsible for guiding team decisions and providing leadership in the deal capture process.
  • Capture Strategy Development:
  • Lead the development and execution of capture strategies to drive successful sales.
  • Engage with multiple teams to ensure alignment on strategies and contribute to key decisions.
  • Opportunity Identification and Qualification:
  • Drive the identification and qualification of sales opportunities that align with business goals.
  • Proposal Management:
  • Oversee the proposal development process to ensure the delivery of high-quality, winning proposals.
  • Negotiation and Deal Closure:
  • Negotiate terms and close deals effectively, ensuring favorable outcomes for the business.
  • Cross-team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with various teams to identify solutions and resolve challenges across multiple functions, ensuring successful deal closure.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must-Have Skills:
  • Proficiency in Sales Enablement: Strong understanding and application of sales strategies, methodologies, and techniques to drive business growth.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong negotiation capabilities to close deals successfully.
  • Good-to-Have Skills:
  • CRM Software Experience: Familiarity with CRM tools to track opportunities, manage sales pipelines, and streamline the sales process.
