Must-Have Skills & Qualifications SOE Sales / FS / 12 to15 Years Experience GCC Market Expertise Minimum 5 to 6 years of sales experience in the GCC, with strong knowledge of the local FS client landscape, business culture, and regulatory environment. Financial Services Domain Knowledge Proven experience working with banks, insurers, or capital market clients on digital, cloud, data, or large-scale transformation initiatives. Sales Experience from Competition Ideally from Tier-1 consulting or SI firms, with exposure to Accenture's competitive positioning, pricing models, and sales approach. Enterprise Sales & Account Management Demonstrated success in managing large FS accounts, driving CXO engagement, and closing complex, multi-tower deals. Stakeholder Collaboration & Execution Ability to collaborate with solutioning, delivery, industry leads, and global teams to co-create winning value propositions and drive deal conversion. Summary: As a Sales Capture Practitioner, you will engage in a dynamic and strategic role that involves shaping, selling, and closing deals that encompass single or multiple services. Your typical day will include collaborating with various teams to develop effective win strategies, negotiating terms, and executing close plans to ensure successful deal closures. You will be at the forefront of driving business growth and fostering relationships with clients, ensuring that each deal aligns with the organization's objectives and client needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and discussions to align team objectives and strategies. - Mentor junior professionals in sales techniques and best practices.
