We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Sales Caller for a full-time, on-site position in Jaipur. The Sales Caller will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients to promote real estate services, maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, and scheduling property viewings. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, following up on leads, providing detailed property information, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additionally, the role requires goal-setting and achieving sales targets with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to manage leads, follow up effectively, and close deals
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Basic knowledge of real estate market trends and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
• Proficiency in maintaining structured records and sales reports
• Problem-solving abilities and customer-centric mindset
• Prior experience in sales or real estate is a plus
• Proficiency in English and Hindi is preferred
