Role Description
This is a full-time (Hybrid) on-site role for a Sales Cold Telecaller Executive located at our India office in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad (Close to Noida Sector 62). In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients, introducing our services, and generating leads through effective cold calling. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to build a career in sales, offering a supportive environment for both experienced professionals and newcomers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
* Clearly articulate information about our company and its services.
* Identify and qualify sales leads.
* Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions.
* Achieve daily and weekly call targets and lead generation goals.
* Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handover.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills.
* Proven experience in sales cold calling.
* Ideal experience 1-2 Years. Freshers are welcome.
* Basic computer knowledge (e.g., using CRM software, spreadsheets, email).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong, persuasive, and negotiation skills.
