This internship is designed for graduates who want hands-on exposure to real business operations and sales fundamentals, not just theory.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a Sales & Business Operations Intern to support our front-line sales function. This is a calling-intensive, business-facing role where you will work directly with leads, support pre-sales activities, and help manage day-to-day sales operations.
If you are a BBA graduate who wants to understand how sales funnels, client qualification, and revenue operations work in a real startup environment, this role offers strong learning and career growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make 100+ outbound calls daily to prospective clients and leads
- Handle inbound enquiries, qualify leads, and ensure timely follow-ups
- Schedule appointments and demos for the sales/design team
- Build initial client rapport and understand customer requirements
- Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and follow-up communications
- Maintain accurate CRM updates, lead databases, and daily/weekly trackers
- Support sales operations and pipeline management
- Conduct basic market and competitor research to support sales efforts
ELIGIBILITY:
- Graduates only (mandatory)
- BBA preferred (strongly)
- BA graduates with good business understanding may apply
- Engineering graduates are not preferred (Civil may be considered)
- Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of internship experience
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Fluency in Telugu and English (mandatory)
- Hindi is an added advantage
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with high-volume calling
- Basic proficiency in MS Office
- Comfortable using CRM tools and ChatGPT for drafting and research
- Organized, disciplined, and performance-driven
