Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Bangalore, India office. As a BDE, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying and qualifying potential leads, setting up meetings, and supporting the sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and a desire to kickstart their career in a thriving company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential leads through various channels and industry events.
  • Set up meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the lead generation process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
