Sales Development Representative/Business Development Representative – US Market
Location: Hyderabad (India-based, working US time zone 9 PM to 6 AM)

Role Summary:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) focused on the US market, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, responsible for driving top-of-funnel engagement and qualifying leads for the Account.
Executive team. You will work closely with Sales and GTM teams to execute targeted outbound strategies, craft compelling messaging, and book high-quality meetings. This is a high-impact, growth-oriented role with a clear progression path to Account Executive or Partner Sales roles within 12–18 months.
What You'll Do:
• Drive outbound outreach through cold emails, LinkedIn, and calls to book meetings with key decision-makers (Product, GTM, Enablement, Ops, Customer Success, Digital Experience leaders).
• Execute intelligent outbound campaigns using tools like Apollo, Clay, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Loom.
• Identify and research ideal accounts and prospects aligned to defined ICPs.
• Experiment with and optimize outbound messaging across different personas and industries.
• Conduct initial discovery and qualification calls before handing off qualified leads to the AE team.
• Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline hygiene in HubSpot CRM.
• Collaborate with Marketing to align messaging, campaigns, and content.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in outbound sales and GTM motions.
You'll Thrive If You Have:
• 1–5 years of experience in an SDR/BDR role at a B2B SaaS or tech company.
• Experience prospecting into Product, Enablement, GTM, Ops, or Customer Success teams.
• A consistent record of meeting or exceeding outreach and meeting-booked targets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an interest in testing and refining outbound copy.
• Familiarity with outbound and CRM tools (Apollo, Clay, HubSpot, etc.).
• High energy, curiosity, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work during US business hours (ET or PT overlap required).
