Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage client relationships, follow-ups, lead tracking, and engagement processes across products and services. This role is ideal for someone who can bring structure to customer interactions, maintain strong communication, and ensure no opportunity or follow-up is missed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update CRM records, leads, customer interactions, and follow-up schedules
- Track inquiries, prospects, and client communication across different business functions
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and delivery teams for smooth customer handling
- Ensure timely follow-ups with leads, clients, and existing customers
- Maintain accurate records of conversations, status updates, and next steps
- Support customer retention and relationship management efforts
- Generate reports on lead status, follow-ups, conversions, and engagement
- Improve process discipline across client and lead management workflows
Requirements
- Experience in CRM, customer relationship management, client coordination, or similar roles
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and records with accuracy
- Comfortable working across both product and service-based workflows
- Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
Preferred
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar
- Experience in startup, agency, or service environments
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
