Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute event and promotional activities to increase brand awareness.
  • Generate, nurture, and convert leads into enrollments.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
  • Develop and implement strategies for brand promotion and positioning in the education sector.
  • Work closely with the academic and marketing teams to align campaigns with business goals.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in offline marketing, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with strong execution capabilities.
