Role Overview

One Health Assist is seeking a high-performing Business development Manager Doctor Acquisition to lead and scale our doctor onboarding and partnership initiatives. This role demands strong leadership, strategic sales planning, and deep experience in healthcare relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end doctor acquisition strategy and execution

Drive onboarding of doctors, clinics, and healthcare partners at scale

Build long-term, high-value relationships with senior medical professionals

Conduct negotiations, closures, and partnership agreements

Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams for smooth onboarding

Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategy

Eligibility & Skills

Experience in healthcare sales / doctor acquisition / B2B sales

Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Target-driven mindset with strong business acumen

Bachelor's degree; MBA or healthcare management preferred
