We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and agile Sales & Business Development professional to drive sales and business growth for our IoT, wireless, automation, and electronic products/solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales, business development, and customer acquisition.
• Identify new markets, customers, channel partners, and business opportunities.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
• Develop relationships with industrial, OEM, PSU, and government customers.
• Handle marketing activities, customer meetings, product presentations, and proposals.
• Manage Government/PSU tenders, GeM and e-tendering activities.
• Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and sales MIS.
• Lead and build the sales team and sales operations as the business grows.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams for successful project execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in IoT, wireless, industrial automation, electronics, or electrical product/service sales.
• Strong B2B sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Government/PSU tender and GeM experience is a strong advantage.
• Technical background in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, or IoT is preferred.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.
• Strong ownership, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to work independently.
