Role Description

We are seeking a Sales Business Development Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. In this role, responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting RSC Group's real estate projects. The individual will develop and implement effective business development strategies, manage customer inquiries, and ensure client satisfaction. Collaboration with the marketing team and other internal departments to achieve business growth objectives will also be an essential aspect of this role.

Qualifications
  • Strong Sales and Negotiation skills, with an ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Experience in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Lead Generation
  • Knowledge of the real estate market and understanding of property trends
  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Presentation skills
  • Strategic Planning and Project Management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic understanding of digital marketing strategies
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or related field
  • Prior experience in real estate or a related sector preferred
