We are seeking an exceptional Sales & Business Development Manager to accelerate our global commercial presence and drive rapid adoption of NV diamond products across the quantum ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Development: Identify, target, and acquire clients in quantum computing, quantum sensing, photonics, defense, aerospace, and semiconductor industries.

• Sales Growth: Achieve aggressive revenue targets by building and managing a pipeline of high-value customers (labs, OEMs, governments, corporates).

• Partnerships: Develop strategic partnerships with system integrators, research institutes, and technology companies working on NV-based quantum applications.

• Technical Engagement: Translate Jabroyd's technical advantages (yield, stability, scalability) into clear commercial value propositions for different customer segments.

• Customer Success: Work with internal engineering teams to align customer needs with product development, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Global Outreach: Represent Jabroyd at quantum technology conferences, exhibitions, and consortia worldwide, building visibility and trust in the brand.

• Deal Execution: Lead negotiations, draft commercial proposals, and close high-value contracts with speed and precision.

 Key Qualifications

• Proven track record (5+ years) in sales, business development, or partnerships in deep tech, advanced materials, semiconductors, photonics, or quantum technologies.

• Strong global network in research labs, universities, quantum startups, and industrial buyers.

• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts (quantum, photonics, diamond materials) and translate them into commercial impact.

• self-driven, goal-oriented, thrives in fast-paced, frontier-technology environments.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Bachelor's/Master's in Physics, Materials Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred).
