We manufacture high-strength precast walls with integrated footing systems designed for durability, speed of installation, and long-term performance.

Role Description

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive sales for high-value precast wall projects.

This is a field-focused role involving client meetings, site visits, and deal closures. The candidate must be comfortable handling large project sales and working with landowners, developers, and industrial clients.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Business Development Manager, located in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and crafting strategic plans to meet sales targets. You will play a crucial role in negotiating contracts, researching the market to identify customer needs, and presenting tailored solutions. Additionally, the role includes preparing sales reports, monitoring industry trends, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth. Your ability to manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline will be pivotal to success in this role.

Identify and generate leads for large-scale compound wall projects

Meet potential clients at site (farms, layouts, factories, industrial land)

Explain product advantages (strength, durability, long life, premium finish)

Close high-value deals (25L to 75L+ projects)

Coordinate with production and site execution teams

Build long-term relationships with developers and landowners

Track leads and maintain sales pipeline

Qualifications

25 years of experience in field sales (construction / real estate preferred)

Experience in handling high-value sales is a strong advantage

Good communication and negotiation skills

Willing to travel and visit sites regularly

Must be self-driven and target-oriented

Own vehicle preferred (bike/car)

  • Proficient in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Strategy

Fixed salary + performance-based incentives

High earning potential based on project closures
