Role Overview
Nibble Food Services, a full-stack corporate food services company headquartered in Bengaluru is looking for a dynamic Sales & Business Development professional to join our fast-growing team.
The ideal candidate has prior experience in corporate catering, hospitality, or tech aggregator environments, with a proven ability to build and grow client relationships. Experience in business development and liaising with Facility and Admin Heads at corporates in Bengaluru will be an added advantage.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or any related field.
- Min of 8-10 years of experience in the food or facility management services industry
- Candidates with IPC experience will also be considered, provided they have worked in the facility management or food industry.
Key Responsibilities- Drive revenue growth and expand market presence across corporate clients.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of services
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organisations.
- Recruit, lead, mentor & motivate a team of sales professionals to deliver on sales targets.
- Set clear performance objectives, monitor progress, and evaluate team performance regularly.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and industry standards, and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives as needed.
