Role Description

The Sales Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. Additional responsibilities will include conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Market Analysis
  • Strong relationship-building and client management skills
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in creating and implementing sales plans and meeting targets
  • Familiarity with the logistics and shipping industry, including international trade regulations
  • Ability to conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the logistics or shipping industry is an advantage
  • Self-motivated, driven, and capable of working independently and collaboratively
