Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and own the entire revenue pipeline from scratch; no CRM, no funnel, and no outbound exist today.
  • You're selling the value of design to clients who could buy catalog equipment instead. Consultative selling, not transactional.
  • Full sales funnel: lead capture qualification proposal closure.
  • CRM setup, pipeline management, weekly reviews.
  • Inbound management + outbound strategy (collaborative).
  • Pricing strategy and service productization.
  • Segment outreach: schools, developers, hotels, malls, retail, government.
  • Client communication, invoicing, collections, receivables.
  • AI-powered prospecting, proposals, and lead research.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years in B2B sales (services/projects, 2-15L deals).
  • CRM and pipeline experience + AI-literate.
  • Strong communication (written + verbal).
  • Nice-to-Haves: Design/architecture/EdTech/real estate sales | Built outbound from scratch/MBA/Commerce.
