This is not a typical sales role.
We're looking for someone who can open doors that others can't, build C-level relationships, and close large, strategic partnerships in the corporate wellness space.
You will own a revenue number, drive enterprise deals, and play a key role in scaling Shvasa's B2B business.
What You'll Own
- End-to-end enterprise sales pipeline
- Closing high-ticket corporate wellness partnerships
- Building relationships with:
CHROs, Benefits & Total Rewards Leaders, CXOs & decision-makers
- Driving repeat business, renewals & expansions
- Creating strategic entry into large organizations
What Makes You a Fit
- 3+ yrs of experience in B2B/enterprise sales or partnerships.
- You've closed large B2B deals (not just volume sales).
- You're comfortable selling to senior stakeholders.
- You understand how HR & benefits teams make decisions
- You can network, build trust and long-term executive relationships.
- Bonus: experience in wellness, healthcare, or employee engagement solutions
