Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru North for a Sales Business Development Manager. The responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, identifying and engaging potential clients, and building strong relationships to expand the organization's market presence. The role will also include managing client accounts, working collaboratively with internal teams to address client needs, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will also monitor market trends and provide insights to help enhance company performance and services.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and account management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to identify opportunities and execute strategic plans to achieve business goals
  • Knowledge of the elevator or construction industry is an advantage
  • Analytical skills to monitor market trends and develop actionable insights
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Willingness to work on-site and collaborate with teams in Bengaluru North
