Position Overview

We are looking for a Sales Development Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience in selling professional services such as financial consulting, legal services,HR solutions, managerial services, and compliance support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a professional approach, and the ability to understand market trends. This role involves lead generation, client meetings, market study, reporting, and regular travel across India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell company services including HR, managerial, legal, and financial services.
  • Generate new leads through networking, outbound calls, visits, and market research.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to close deals.
  • Perform market study and submit detailed market analysis reports.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for service delivery.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Attend business events, seminars, and client meet-ups across India.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports.

Required Qualifications

  • MBA in Marketing (mandatory).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in selling services such as HR, managerial, legal, or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and B2B service selling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of market trends, competitor analysis, and market research methods.
  • Ability to prepare and submit professional market study reports.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel across India as part of business development activities.
