Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Generate and qualify leads for Flurn's learning programs through on-ground outreach and marketing activities.
  • Interact with potential customers (parents and residents) to explain program offerings and convert enquiries into enrollments.
  • Conduct follow-ups with leads through calls, messages, and in-person interactions to drive conversions.
  • Support sales campaigns and promotional activities in apartment communities.
  • Assist in organizing demo sessions and events to promote Flurn programs.
  • Track and manage leads using internal tools and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve weekly enrollment and revenue targets.
  • Gather customer feedback and market insights to help improve sales strategies.
