Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Business Development role located in Indore. The individual will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, conducting market research to target potential customers, and building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Additional responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, promoting company solutions, providing exceptional customer service, and working proactively to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical Skills for identifying opportunities, assessing market trends, and creating actionable strategies
  • Excellent Communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Proven ability in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and approach potential customers effectively
  • Customer Service skills to provide a seamless and satisfactory experience for existing and prospective clients
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a history of achieving sales targets
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and adapt to business needs
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience in the electrical or manufacturing industry is an added advantage
